im tryin to get on disabitly, but because my divorece is not final yet they are saying my soon to be ex husband makes to much money even tho we have been seperated for over 6 months and he is in iraq. because i have a monthly income from child support, at least im supposed to , i just never get it. my lawyer is trying to get it were i can get on disabilty tho. why she said she cant help is beyond me i thought that was what she was there for.
